Problem is that they rely on their old franchises name in order to sell some additional copies of their games. That's why they are not starting new IPs

Agreed that DX11 offers a performance jump over both DX9 and DX10 (DX10 cards will also benefit from DX11 path) but this 300% claim seems a bit exaggerated

Precisely that. This also happens with both F1 2011 and F1 2012. Shadows are rendered by the CPU and not the GPU

Doubt it (it seems that they're leaving the gaming industry behind, not just BioWare)
They said that they'll fill the gaps of both C1 and C2, so here is hoping. Though the comic that was released did improve the game's story (and explained a couple of things).

there is also cel-shaded CryEngine 2 powered FPS, can't remember its name though. Merchants of Brooklyn or something like that
agreed. Skyrim modded looks great and we'll definitely see a jump in visuals, but I don't think we'll see many titles looking this good in next-gen era

It is - coming to X360, PS3 and WiiU. Obviously the PS3/X360 versions won't look as good but it will be interesting to see how the WiiU version will look like
