1. you can probably backstab that white knight.
2. learn how to defend yourself and/or find a better shield.
3. you had estus flasks, stop wasting your non estus healing items on regular enemies.
4. if you can't handle that white knight,YOU PROBABLY SHOULDN'T BE FACING IT YET.

you dont have to know the name of the nature, you just have to look at the color of the stats. the red stat means it's going to be boosted while the pokemon levels up, while the blue one is going to be stunted. if someone wants a gengar to know the punch moves, the trainer should get a gengar with a red attack stat.
The gengar picture makes me mad. whoever wants all of the punch moves with that nature on it doesn't know what they're doing. If you're going to hack a pokemon, make it, you know, NOT garbage.
