can't question the doctor, right? 6 months, the console should be selling like waffles(i'm not a big fan of hotcakes). it's a brand new system and not moving off the shelves, it shouldn't be at 83,000 units imo... sound's like a neo-geo stigma. great system, no sales cuz of high price and lack of software.
as long as you have your 2 games on the ps3, then it doesn't really matter anyways right? who cares about the competition. just play your games on you desired console and be happy. :-/

we just all have acknowledge the fact that the majority, let me say that AGAIN, the MAJORITY of the ps3 sales aren't from the gaming community. they are the blu-ray community and sony sees this, and obviously ok with it as there is more money in blu-ray movies then in gaming. it's true. this explains the great blu-ray movie sales and lousy game software sales. the older community, my dad, my uncle, my neighbor, aren't gamers but videophiles and got a ps3 cuz it's the cheapest blu-ray player...
i downloaded the 800 point pack and i was a bit underwhelmed. the extra vehicles and weapons weren't the 'must have' i was expecting. if the 800 point dlc consisted of some new boss battles or a whole new island to explore, that's what i'm talking about. i wish i had my 800 points back. :-/
