Oh, no doubt that he knows his games......but hes not concerned with "fun factor"! I can't imagine you could sell 10,000 copies of several of those games. The biggest reason that many of them were even remotely popular was the "spectacle of video games" and the extremely small number of titles. Find me a 100 peoples that gives a crap about Redneck Rampage.......

Being fortunate enough to already be playing this, only a level 5, leaves me disappointed in this score. The game has spot on controls, awesome enviroment, nerve-racking suspense....and looks pretty good to boot. It's an easy 9, its Fallout, highly improved, with zombies.....and it's the scariest game besides Dead Space you'll find.

I'm a 37 yo gamer.....and I can state with historical backup that Ninetendo has NEVER been the "hardware to have". I don't have a hacked PS3, have KZ3 on preorder....and at that, I could careless if someones pirated the game. I'm far more bother by all of the whiny little "do-gooders" that can't shut their mouths about pirates. Screen shots from the first two games looked good too.....and we still ended up with crap games! We'll see.........oh, and I hate fanboys, don't think I'm one....I have every system you could name and the Resistance 1/2 games still sucked.

This is another "nobody" that will lower a meta-score. Most of the reviewers are no more entitled to write a review than any educated member of this site. Too bad that one fools opinion can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars in team bonuses for dropping the Meta-score below a 90.

It really does not matter.....the developers build has been on the scene for 2-3 months. The only thing that appeared to be missing from the developers leak was "full motion" cut-scenes. Also, the reason that JTAG is important, the usual pirated route, ripping the game to an ISO, has been attacked via M$ new disc format......thats a significant statement when you estimate that modded 360's out-number JTAGs by 200 to 1.
