So basically like the Vita and PS4 were separate but considered "essential" together in a last-ditch effort to save the Vita? VR is a niffty idea but there still is nothing that really standout about it outside of short fun experiences.

I've also played the first two, really enjoyed them and I agree they are also amazing but certainly different compared to P3-5
For me P3 still has the best story, P5 the best gameplay but P3,4,&5 are all amazing games
Demon's Souls easily made its way into my top 5 favorite games of all time. Really hoping for a remaster of it for PS4 this year, not going to hold my breath though.

It's called 3DS and Switch...they actually have controls. All the Nintendo cell phone games have only been a shell of their respective IPs and none of them good. Miitomo is already being shut down it's only a matter of time until Mario and Animal Crossing go as well.

Last chance? They had their last chance games ago. DA2 - trash, strike 1 ME3 - awful, Strike 2, DA:I - Improved over DA2 but still really bad, Strike 3 you're out.
The 2.5D is going to really hurt the game. 2.5D is not good looking and is awful especially for precision platforming that Megaman has. Luckily the Legacy Collections are available for the true Megaman experience and the X Collection is going to be released as well.

I'm guessing Smash in September to really give incentive for the paid online, day and date as the online probably with a free month included in the game. The Pokemon in it's typical November time frame. Metroid will show up at E3 with a gameplay trailer and an Early 2019 release window.

A lot of games were criminally overlooked on the WiiU (for obvious reasons) which is why I'm glad they are porting a bunch of them to the Switch for new life. Still waiting for a Zelda: Wind Waker/Twilight Princess HD double pack. Fatal Frame 5 needs to be ported as well.
I'll put down ten bucks here or there to try out a new game. Had no intention of buying Sea of Thieves at full price but trying it at ten is enough to interest me. It'll be an even sweeter deal when they occasionally put it on sale for $1 for a month. Same with XBL, love when they promote it for $1.
