lol wow punish the players when the combat is trash and you die because of BS while grinding for gold for hours and only getting a couple hundred when nearly everything costs 10+
It's like they don't want to keep the small player base they have.
Just take Mei out. All she does is get in the way and ruin strategies.
This is a really long-winded way of saying "we have no idea what we are planning with this game or any future titles"
Yeah, it looks off especially when you are a good distance away. Wasn't surprised when it was revealed there is no body to these water worms.
I could see it making a good tabletop game (seeing as people would add stories and depth) but to be an RPG it would require a lot more depth, no story, and very repetitive missions. All weapons are the same, there are no stats, no ship is better than another. It's as far from an RPG as you can possibly get. You literally sail from point A to B and MAYBE, very rarely but MAYBE encounter another group of players.
There were a total of 3 people who defended No Man's Sky. Everyone and their brother called out that game for its lack of content and false advertisement. Now people are calling out Sea of Thieves.
For a million people playing it sure is very rare to run across another ship
Didn't they say it was in development years ago?
and better weapons you can purchase...
Agreed, looking forward to the game but they hyped up a 20 seconds CGI teaser then said wait another month. It's 2018, we are far beyond this type of garbage marketing.
Probably a terrible idea seeing as the servers are trash and not working right now. Online only FTW /S
Eh, not that random outside of other people. Go to an island, walk around following the map and occasionally fight snakes or skeletons, dig for the treasure which is stupidly easy to find, sell, rinse and repeat. The only random bits are when skeletons respawn (and they are one hit kills so it's not like they are threatening), time of day/ weather, and other players being the biggest wild card.
Being instantly on games pass was the best choice for this game. It's OKAY at best, short-term fun but certainly not worth $60 bucks.
A One X price cut could be announced at E3, it's been done in the past. Pub G on Games Pass could easily be announced at E3, unlikely but they talked for 10 minutes about a real-life car for 10 minutes last year that nobody in the audience could dream about affording so if they can put on a car show they can reshow an old game and give that announcement.
Fable would be awesome but if those rumors are true it's too early to see that. Halo is still MIA so maybe that ...
7.8 is basically an 8...how terrible /s *rolls eyes*
Ports are fine especially when the WiiU had a great library that was underappreciated. Funny how the Nintendo system gets ports and it's the worst thing imaginable but Xbox and PS4 have been getting ten tons of ports since they launched and it's perfectly okay.
Wow, slightly different lighting...real good reason to get butthurt and throw a fit.
Well Luigi's Mansion, unfortunately, isn't happening but I could see them showing off a gameplay trailer for Metroid Prime 4. Animal Crossing, Pikmin 4, or Pokemon would be more than welcome too.
Maybe easy but it's also a huge hassle, you also start the game with ZERO gold and can easily die from BS, then what? As if the very long loading times weren't punishment enough now they are forcing you to lose the (shit amount of )gold you make from sailing 20 minutes to dig a hole and 20 minutes back. This is just stupid.
