I doubt the awards really make that much of a difference in sales. Certain spike sales because they usually will give digital deals (probably the only good thing of the awards).
I watch at this point to laugh and make fun of how terribly mismanaged Geoff Keighly sets up the awards.
I'm waiting for them to fast-track this game once Fallout 76 bombs.
Black Friday deals across the board just aren't that great this year in general, and that's just not looking at video games but everything. I was hoping Best Buy, Gamestop, Target, Walmart would have a deal on the PS4 Pro but it's only the Slim model with Spider-Man included for not much of a discount.
He will still be complaining about that too.
You're just bitter because reviews aren't going the way you want them to go.
Game awards shouldn't happen until the end of January. Tetris got snubbed but there are dozens of games that don't even get considered because of their date.
Listen closely to the music when you are swinging around. It builds up, slows down depending on how fast you are going. Even jumping from a large tower the music will slowly build and take off when you shoot off that first web. It's amazing.
Yes and no. Gameplay and levels I 100% agree but the story was a huge step down since you followed Dom around and had to listen to him cry for the majority of the game. I still remember being so awed with my friend as we saw the Riftworm and how massive it was then to go inside it. So fun.
You couldn't do that in Yellow version which this game is essentially a remake of, that's not surprising as all-seeing you can still catch them wild.
No thanks, you can keep it. No one wanted it to begin with.
It was the first game to start the copy/paste that COD is now known for. The start of the fall.
@Skull521
I love Halo but have you not see the extreme disappointment and straight out hate for Halo 4 and 5? Halo is nowhere close to how awesome it was in the height of its popularity. Even the books and other media have taken a pretty big dive between 343i trying to completely undo the Bungie lore to making a big mess having to backtrack between making the huge mess of the Halo games.
Activision expects everything to sell like COD and if it doesn't it gets shut down. Skylanders was quietly shut down after the last one did less than expected and now bigs stores have very few if any Skylander toys and the devs have been working on the Spyro remakes (which is awesome for them). I wouldn't be surprised if Activision axes Destiny 3 and either drops the Bungie contracts for uses the rest of the time to make them make a COD game. Either way, we all know Bungie is capable ...
The very well received reviews from critics and fans plus the excellent sales say otherwise. But I suppose being a blind hater means the world revolves around you and you alone.
With how negative and bitter they are on here it's no wonder he spends all his time trolling on the site, no friends or social life.
Definitely not. RDR2 has a lot of brown spots on what should be a great piece of fruit which detract from the overall experience. GOW on the other hand while it has some issues none of them detract from the overall experience.
The prepubescent outrage is strong in these comments. "GORLZ CNT BE IN MA VIDA G4MEZ"
Most of the haters never even played the game or weren't willing to give it a fair shake. XV was very well received and sold very well and it certainly deserved all it too. Granted I agree that they overdid it with the DLC. The original 3 plus the multiplayer would have been fine enough. I'm looking forward to seeing what they bring to the table with FFXVI.
Looking forward to this. Sniper Assassin was really fun and that was just a taste of what's to come.
We heard that before too when you left Epic Games and you were throwing a fit about quitting making games. Do us a favor a keep your word this time.
