Mario and Luigi would throw a great holiday party as long as no one calls the cops.

Is the settlement building thing similar to Fallout Shelter at all? Anything carry over from the mobile game?

caps are nice but you know what else is? Stealing everything you want.
The only bad thing about reaching max level is you don't get that satisfying "ding!" when leveling up anymore.
