Just watched the vids and for me personally its par for the course for Biowares recent releases.
Call me old or what but I miss games that thought about the ending before they actually got to it.
if this is biowares best it pales in comparison to what they used to make imo.
Im done with BW and if I can help it done with EA...no one ever comes out right after working with them.
I'm continuing to find the idea that asking for things to change is wrong? Troubling
I believe people are entitled to live free and make their own destiny and that much has been seen with the Arab Spring where while the topic is different the basic argument is somewhat similar.
People make a choice about what they care about and I find very few people willing to stop because they are told to without being led to understand why they should.
I can get a refund for a toaster if it say doesn't toast bread.
As long as the original marketing made the product out to be something it isn't actually is, the decision is up to Amazon whether to refund.
Also lets be clear here if a movie lasted 30hrs and was awesome throughout with the worst imaginable dross at the end you'd feel it since that dross would be the last impression from the movie.

The money is being donated directly to Charity if people just read the article that would be quite clear and I'm sorry its like any celebrity/politician/corporati on supporting a charity of course they want to help but it makes them look good what is the difference in the end people are helped.
People saying any medium apart from gaming is free from rewrites and changes caused by the public aren't facing reality. Authors and Movie Studios are affected by public opinio...
I pre-ordered 3 CEs way back when they announced them and only recently cancelled the PS3 one cos of the lack of continuation (the comic was poor, good quality but poor content inclusion) across the trilogy. I'm pretty happy with the CE tbh and really like all the extra stuff in the box instead of to be released in god knows when DLC.
I always thought CE's were about collecting things that weren't going to be around in 3-4-5 years not DLC which you could download...
if it was a choice of Activision or EA for Bioware im still glad they went EA but I find myself more and more lamenting the fact they think we're all little kiddies that need help to choose how we play our games.
I really really mind over simplification in a company that for all intents and purposes makes RPGs.
I can accept that they are innovating and adapting but it just seems like compromise after compromise and that just seems wishy washy.

I've never played Arkham and yet due to reviews and forums i'm pretty sure that the first one was great and that the second one should live up to that or surpass it.
Theres no bound in stone rule that "thou shalt take everything a reviewer says as 100% correct" simply because its an opinion maybe a bought one or not bought its still an opinion and if it tweaks every cynical bone in your body, rent the product and try it out.
Until you've...
I cant remember a previous dice title being so spotlighted, yes there have been problems but it hasn't exactly spilled out from the general battlefield community like 3's has.
I will admit to seeing a growing sense of entitlement across a range of media. While this is acceptable with a purchase because you are spending hard earned cash, its expansion into free promotions/offers is disappointing.
As gamers in the modern gen we do expect certain things ...
Best games Molyneux made without rafts of criticism from his ludicrous levels of promising this or that:
Populous
Dungeon Keeper
soooo does this mean you wont be able to change this new Femshep's hair colour in game?
Just seems kinda easier >_>
RIP, its always sad when you hear of people dying though these days its hard to find people not dying somewhere.
Also what lonely, sad pathetic douchebag went down the whole list disagreeing with stuff?
if you cant respect someone's death is their any lower you can go?
voted for 5 myself my femshep is always blonde, not my fault lol I used wavesurfers evelyn shepard that was doing the rounds during ME1 and its always stuck with me...with some tweaks.
I still miss armour changing for all party members from ME1 and the comment on the actual site by Zack? is pretty relevant. weapon modding is not an RPG staple its normal these days though mostly in FPS.
wonder if eve players will get gametime compensation if the downtime is really long.
isnt it easier to just click the button(s)?
I guess its more ease of use though I still believe in buttons and I know some people think talking to yourself is a sign of madness :)
360 and PS3 owner so no fanboying at me.
sod it cant Bioware do a female on the cover of their games ever whys it all gotta be men?
Edit - i meant female shephard
I tend to agree with the article on the most part and can see the author's point of view. I have played the original and while I am disappointed that we're now able to literally explode hurlocks with sword swipes its to be expected with Bioware's trend to the less formulaic RPG experience.
I do miss the deathblows though.
On the note about graphics while it's easy to compare similar games made by the same company it must be taken into account ...
I liked FFXIII and saying lots of folks bought it and were disappointed is fine but hey SE still sold a shedload so its arguably successful... Though its unlikely to repeat that success with so many folks intent on their perfect jrpg experience that they didnt get with 13.Though I ave faith and hope that FF as a series carries on and believe that no matter how much you want a game exactly like the previous FF it isnt going to happen.
I do miss the old days of Square and the K...
preordered this round christmas time lol so im all set but its a long road to march and theres a ton of stuff coming that im gonna grab xD.
I'm really looking forward to it though and I'll play vanilla DA2 once or twice and then check the mods since there are some really good modders out there which add to the realism and provide better textures.
Here's my 2 cents for what its worth lol.
The endings have not diminished the ME series they were and are fun games to play.
Yet the controversy has put not a little spot light on Bioware's story boarding and writing methods. I have played the games multiple times logging in countless hours but would I play the series again? In all likelihood probably not.
This in no way lowers the draw of ME1 and ME2 but even if the journey was an ...
