Maybe because it's a common factor of 3 and 4, also keeps the gameplay balanced for the map.
Like say having 3 squads of 4 vs another 3 squads..then again, 4 squads of 4 'sounds' better and that would mean 32 players

I can't say it turned me into a PC gamer, since I didn't own the game..but a friend of mine did and boy can you say HOOKED! I was at his house 24/7 lol
I still have my first wired 360 controller..I don't regret buying one since I like to be lazy on PC :) Instead of wasting so much money on those rip-off wireless adapter..
BC2 looks better than KZ3 multiplayer beta to me, yes I have both and have played KZ3 beta quite a bit.
I don't know why BC2 isn't mentioned when talking about graphically amazing games..it's probably the 2nd best looking game I've seen on PC, only behind Crysis with it's jungle setting

Do you think I'd be able to achieve that with a 6850 cf setup? :3 I was going to sell my card and look into a 560 Ti for now then wait until maybe Crysis 2 released for another, but it seems 6850 (or 6xxx in general) scales extremely well!

Even more, I think it'd feel proned in a bush in a normal sunny map sniping, then the clouds form over the map and a storm brews..Even just a stormy map looks epic in my head.

It is, but only when implemented into the game rather than forced. Still, having normal AA options available is a must..especially when there's barbwire on-screen ;D
