Cutting down on exclusives? During the next 2 years, following exclusives will be released on PS4: TLoU II, Days Gone, Death Stranding, Dreams, Concrete Genie, Wild and probably some more that will be announced at e3 2019 (my bet a new Japan studio game and a new Ratchet & Clanck). 2019-2020 is going to be packed with more exclusives than 2017-2018.
People who are expecting a PS5 reveal in 3 months are delusional as hell. 2019 is the year of the big 3 (Tsushima, DS and most importantly TLoU2). The focus will be on selling those next year not a new console. I can bet my life on this (srs lol). And let's be honest 2020 just sounds better and stands out more. Anyways I don't see how you can make any conclusions out of this considering that Sony is constantly experimenting with their conferences.
