Indeed the US machine sells the most in US, while the Japanese one sells the most on the other markets (in home console category).
To be honest I don't think that this controller is aesthetically pleasing, but neither Ps4 is. The originals Dualshock 1,2 and 3 were the best.
I have that game, very good indeed. At least compared to the others in the franchise.
PS3 has one year less.

I'm currently replaying Skyward Sword, the game has his charm but playing on a decent HD quality wouldn't be that terrible, why is Nintendo always one step back on hardware performance ? They have been on that position since the 90's. And by the way is Wii U the Nintendo's console to next generation ?
The trading/buying used games is something quite old, I remember in the old ps2 days I traded games a lot, back then there was no DLC's, no pre-Order crap , no special codes to redeem, no exclusive content. And for me no Internet at ALL. But the industry was just fine. Today there are all those things listed above and then they came up with this ?

Final Fantasy series (after XII) weren't overrated, everyone knows it sucks. Gears of war I really enjoyed, the Halo series yes I think its overated at least on campaign if you are playing solo, otherwise its really diverse and exciting. Well I don't own BC2 but I have all the others you mention, I think (personal opinion of course) none had such an heavy,colorful and beautiful atmosphere such as Killzone 2, and what about the game-play ? It was just amazing and well conceived. The online was good too, didn't had kind of customization though.
Im I the only one that think that Killzone 2 (and I really mean 2 not 3) was the best FPS game of this generation ? And somehow manage to be a little underated ?
