Ouya won't play Indie games, it plays mobile games and games from old consoles. Its like a portable emulator. Indie games are low budget but they aren't mobile games.(It may play Indie but only if supported).
By the way have you seen games like RIME ? Indies game can be equally as AAA, the thing is that Indie games won't fall in the same generic category zombie/gore/FPS see. Minecraft is(was) a Indie game.
Only professionals understand that thing.

I'm not sure, but I think that there was a game that I bought on PS+ on Ps3 (That could be played on Ps3) and on the same account be download to Vita and played there.

This game differs from what you see today. It's slow,silent and don't have much of a story attached to it.
The casual player won't find this game attractive.
I've played earlier this summer, got it for free on PS+, at first i didn't like but it grow on me and I ended up liking it a lot.
