That's not my internet, its fine to see stream at higher rezs without lagging. The problem is the internal video capture on Ps4 and X1 that aren't perfect. Some streams are fine, but the majority it's not watchable , the video quality drops the moment that some action starts on the game. Have you seen a CoD on X1/Ps4 streams ? I only see ithem on Pc.

X1 streams at 720p right ? To be honest I don't think there is a big difference between the two, they're both pretty much unwatchable at times.
Ps4 dosen't stream at 720p. Its below that I think.
This doesn't mean that X1's version is the better, just that people that played this only on X1 gave it a better review or that more people played and rated the Ps4's version which could non-intentionally lower the score.
