PS4 is still more powerful.

So 4.5GB for games isn't enough? My GTX 680 has 2GB for games and will obliterate anything that the PS4/Xbox One pumps out in the next 5 years.

Even with 5.5GB of RAM for games, the GPU in the PS4 is strong, it's comparable to an HD 7850 with GCN2.0 architecture (the same design that will be found in HD 8000 cards to be released in Q3 2013)

It's capable of maxing out all the most demanding games on PC at 1080P between 30-60FPS.

The "all Xbox One are dev kits" news is actually good for anyone who wants to develop for the Xbox One, but the problem is way too much people will have full access to the console way easier like hackers. They will learn the hardware and alter its software or even chip the console faster than ever because of this. Won't be possible, my HD 7970 GHz ed (500$ GPU) can go at 60FPS, but not sable, especially maxed out + max draw distance + physX turned on at 1080p

My sister has a HD 7850 in her rig and couldn't max it out in 1080p/+30FPS.

PS4 has a similar GPU, but optimization is probably what’s making it running at max.

PS: Her build was 750$ by the way.

The specs I presented are taken from Sony and Microsoft themselves.
The difference in games will be unnoticeable across all platforms you say? Sony's first party exclusives say otherwise. Even assassin’s creed black flag will have better physics and water simulations on PC and PS4 compared to Xbox One due to much better GPU’s. (Here’s a link)
