That, was one most well said things I have ever seen on this site. No bias, no skewing of the actions taken by either side, and the metaphor was brilliant.
If only more people had that mindset.
Me and my friends used to almost exclusively play zombies, we loved it, and knowing that the DLC will have zombie maps we're all getting the digital deluxe to get all the savings we can on it.
So... Saving money on something I'll eventually buy anyways is dumb? Logic, you're doing it right.
I'm not defending the milking of DLC but no one is forcing you to buy it either, the last DLC I bought was BO2 season pass and it was worth it. I tried p...
I liked them too, I wasn't very good before them, but if more people dislike them that's okay. I feel like treyarch will nail movement though, rather than a rookie studio.
Can't wait to watch the last season of that :) or two, I haven't watched in a while, so no spoilers! :D that's interesting he's in that
Digital goods shouldn't reflect taxes/higher cost of living, but publishers do it anyways
In most provinces I believe tax is 15%, however in Alberta where I'm from its only 10. So with tax it goes to $88 or $92 which is outrageous, so I buy digital (through a VPN). Odd how it's opposite in the EU and UK
Kinda find it funny how nearly everything they want is in the game yet they ignore it completely.
Proper story: treyarch is the best IMO of the 3 CoD developers for story. Sure its no deus ex but compared to AW it'll be excellent.
Proper co-op: story co op, actual objectives, progression over time, repeatability and not just the typical "you're on your own soldier" arena combat that grows boring after three rounds of camping

That would be awesome! Or a boarder like in Red Dead Redemption, maybe Toronto and Detroit become smart cities but through different corporations and they fight cyber proxy wars.
But wouldn't lowering the price increase that lead? The PS4 was 400 at launch in Canada but is now 450 in most stores while X1 gets crazy deals like 300 for the double AC game bundle. Luckily I got mine at launch for... Wait for it..
420 with tax lol 420
I feel like they never truly got the atmosphere of the different locations surrounding and within Chicago. I remember the developer saying "this is a place you wouldn't want to be at night, lots of gang members" which never played any impact as Aiden could walk through the darkest alleys, just stare at the scariest dudes, Nada. They need to make a truly living, breathing city, not just 4 or 5 litlle things civilians do like repeat the same rap battles over and over.
He's ignoring the 2.26% of fallen soldiers that are women. That's what's most shameful about his comment.
Well, he has his right to say what he wants and those who agreed with his comment have that right just the same.
I'm thankful for those rights.

Now please, stop talking. If you bother to read the article you'll see one woman who disposed of IEDs for a living, while you're hiding behind your keyboard making sexist comments like that. Have some dignity and respect for those who put their lives at risk.

I agree, having a nontypical protagonist, love scene, etc just for the sake of pleasing a few people is either weak or a ploy for publicity.
However I think call of duty offering the choice is the best option. As a gamer I'm all for options, I like to be able to customize characters to further establish that connection only games provide, and if that option helps a few others achieve that I am 110% for it :)
All I can say is get a job, maybe as a games journalist or an Activision PR artist (not that there's any difference between the two besides salary).
Legit dude, I only read two paragraphs, my eyes glazed over when I saw the rest of it. You're getting waaaaaaay too heated over this. Chill. Chiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiill.
Yours for a low price of just $40.00!!!
^ why because Goku got thrashed on ERB? ;)
It's not, in order to innovate you gotta leave the old tech behind unfortunately.
@Darkwatchman
First off, calm down, we get you like story driven narrative, but think, don't need paragraphs upon paragraphs to respond.
If we were playing TLOU and instead of just pressing triangle I choose one of several preset lines, and you respond, as we choose the path of the narrative. It could even determine where we go for example, through the hunter filled town or through the clicker infested sewer.
What did I just read?.. Trolling?
