This DLC was made after the game went gold according to the producers. So theoretically it should have zero affect on the main story. I think NIGHT AND DAY is a little exaggerated.
I don't think he hates the PS3. He even says in the last paragraph that he likes all of the games, he's just focusing on the 10% of the games that annoyed him.
