No his predictions are completely true. SSO will be averagely 9/10 that game offers pure fun. FH2 absoloutly will be somewhere 9-10. As for MCC 10/10. Ori the same . D4 till now averagely 9/10. That's why the main platform of this game is XO I think.If you check all the videos till now mostly played on XO.They showed a video about what the engine can achieve,even on that video a dev was controlling the game with an XO controller,if it was not PC.Just a guess.The reason of delay perhaps their willing to add dx12 features for both platforms.
It is an Open World Racing game plus they are using 4xMSAA at 1080p with a crazy IQ and extremely impressive draw distance,real time shadows.lighting and reflections.The FPS never drops even to down 29.The Order 1886 uses 4xMSAA at 800p.
I thought that the PS4 is %50 more powerful.I am a littel bit confused.What the hell is going on here? :)

The list is deficient on XO.They missed FH2,Project Spark,Ori and Blind Forest,Halo 5 Beta.I see for the first time Sony leave the holiday season so empty in my life.It is realy interesting which is very big mistake.
