Anything you as a customer is entitled to when you spend hard earned cash on should be free especial if is not an add on or DLC. Simply put it, if you buy a disc you are entitled to all the products on that discs because you bought it. Eg its not like you go to the shop & buy a TV just for 3/4 of the screen is there when it gets delivered.
