What articles like this always fail to mention is that an unhealthy addiction to ANYTHING will blow your mind. If you have an unhealthy addiction to even a healthy food you will get in trouble. No part of this article is in support of terrorism! WTF?! Stating that games should not make cheap use of anti-terrorism does not indicate pro-terrorism. It indicates a respect for the efforts of armed forces in protecting people AGAINST terrorism. The war on terror deserves to be dealt with with much more sincerity than turning it into a money making video game!

Yeah dude; everyone has their own different kinds of rewards they like. Im kinda the same as you. not too big on achievements but if I can unlock a rare gun or a new character, that's what I love.
I think the way in which youre rewarded for gameplay is one of the key things differentiating types of games.
it made the PLAYER feel strong. He might be a dying old man but he is doubtlessly still powerful and the experience to the player is one of empowerment.
