Good Point - imagine having to wait every 3 years for a sports game....You would miss out on Peyton Manning Playing with the Broncs or Tim Tebow playing for the Jets.

You do realise that all MS has to do if they loose is pay the patent to moto and they are ok to do business or MS can come to anagreement with Moto and drop one of its court cases against Moto.

Sony will screw this game up by not marketing it correctly - they will probably make a commercial with KB and just show him playing the game on a tv instead of 3 minutes worth of footage of the actual game.
