The DC developers deserve so much more recognition and praises for what they achieved with the hardware and budget that they had at the time...sad that the studio got shut down because of the games launch issues but people forget that they don't set the game release date.
Give these guys as much time and money as Poly gets and DC would have been perfect .
Meh...the large majority of gamers don't really care about this and don't like to go through the hoops of getting a refund - its not just push a bottom and boom you have your money back.
Steam has been doing this for ages and games love them.
If developers are worried about this then they should stop making crap games.
$1K can get you a very good PC with a 1070 or 1080 if you shop right which would kill the Scorpio in terms of specs.
But I agree with you and I am also a plug and play person...I might go higher on my budget but I still need to see some more on the Scorpio to spend $1K on it.

Why make it for a limited time is the question...its doesn't cost them much to make and they ate selling like hot cakes so why just give Tue middle finger to fans and stop making them.

Phil did say that the XB1 S is for the casual gamer and the Scorpio is for that hardcore gamer who wants the latest tech.
A good gauge to use at this point would be the elite controller...it sold and still is selling pretty well regardless the high price tag .
Please don't mess this up EA...the single players needs to be the as focused on as the MP.
