I didn't really talk about it in the preview but I did see evidence that the game still has a more serious tone to it.

Consumer rights is a strong phrase to use. If you read into what Microsoft was trying to do with the Xbox One's original policies, their concepts were actually very forward thinking.

It's really not a bad game. I think it's almost impossible to make a twin-stick shooter with solid controls with a touchscreen.

I wouldn't call a $49.99 game a cash-in. It's pretty good value for all those titles.
