The PS3 will start to show its true quality next year, and the 360 will continue to do well. Its not that hard to grasp really? Its a piece of electronics made by a company that most people have nothing to do with, its not a relative, you should be happy there is competitiveness in the market still as it will only cause good things to happen.
Most of those plasmas won't even do 720P properly let alone 1080P. They're garbage and you definetly wouldn't pay those prices for a HDTV that can't even do 1280x720.
I take it you're a tad insecure about the 360? Or maybe about your obvious blind fanboy purchase of the PS3 thats caused the obvious pain that comes through in your post? (I'm sorry but anyone that uses the term "Xbot" is blatantly far too loyal to a corporation that really couldn't care less about you).

This christmas will probably not be the great success that Sony are hoping for, it'll be closer than last christmas, but I find it hard to believe that people and parents will buy the PS3 this year when the software catalog is still not as strong as the 360s (Yes I know about Drakes and yes I know about bluray). Well its christmas coming up... Put yourself in the parents position, all the Wii will have sold out (already have in the UK), and then whats your next choice going to be?
PS3 bundles are still relatively expensive when you compare it to the 360 bundles that are available, and the 360 has many more "AAA" titles available(I hate the phrase AAA) and the pre-owned games are generally cheaper. With the release of Halo 3 and Mass Effect I unfortunately think its still goin...
Its a shame really, the PS3 should really be starting to get into its a stride now.
Hopefully when Killzone 2 and MGS come out next year they'll start selling quite a few more
The reason for the poor PS3 reviews is generally the sub-standard frame rate on multiplatform games - and to be honest its not really a suprise they get worse scores than the 360 equivalent. Its a shame as the Ps3 should really be getting into its stride by now.
Glitchyness comes with games as standard it would seem now - if its a hyped up game where the review sites are likely to make advertising revenue from banners from said game, then they're likely to give it a good review...
Its true, Assasins Creed should have got a significantly higher score on the 360 than on the PS3 just because of the glitcyness of the PS3 version.
Developers should really get their act together with the PS3 multiplats now, I'll hopefully have a reason to spend £299 on one then. (Sony fanboys please don't read this as an excuse to rant on about blu-ray and home etc, they don't interest me and I don't want this to be seen as flame-bait)

Pity that Live! has been absolutely horredous in terms of lag and things not working over the last 72 hours. I've not been able to play COD4 or Halo 3 at all because of the issues.
I can't even get to my friends list without the 360 hanging (and I've tried this on 4 of my friends consoles as well so its not hardware related).
Hopefully they'll get it sorted soon.
The time of GTA exclusives (in terms of whole games) is over, the userbase of the 360 far outweighs the PS3 at the moment, and will do for the foreseeable future - Why do you think so many PS3 exclusives are now multiplatform?
Hehe, maybe they'll up the price in the uk to £450 for the 60GB version as well, I mean it wouldn't be right that they don't rip us off some more.
Doesn't say anything about them getting any extra content for GTA4 though does it. A number of iniatives could be Table Tennis 2 ;)
Indeed, its not doing Sonys PR much good over here, we're not stupid, I don't like being told I have to pay $200 more for a machine thats not even got all the hardware (no emotion engine chip!). Infact I actually resent having to pay more than anyone else for it.
As I said earlier its cheaper to import a US PS3 than buy one in a shop in the UK.
Europe is actually the biggest computer games market in the world now, so Sony need to take it a bit more seriously, they're doing themselves no favours with the "you pay what we tell you to pay" attitude.
We always get ripped off in the UK/EU, if I was going to get a PS3 I'd import one, even after paying import duty and VAT it'd be cheaper than buying one in the shops here.

It blatantly doesn't look as good or better, it couldn't, it wasn't/isn't possible and Sony should have just called it a concept video when they showed it... It looks good, but its never going to look as good as the CG trailer no matterhow much they try.
Do you get paid by Sony? If not you need to do some research on them...
If they are the "market leader" as you so call it, how come Nintendo and Microsoft's next-gen consoles are outselling the PS3?
