No i havn't tried 8.1, but that is great you can change snap size, I love Windows 8 I always have, it just never found a use or the snap feature, but if you can change the size then that is AMAZING. Excited about that. Would like to see that feature come to the XB1.

There are no uses. Have you used the snap app in windows 8? Its freaking pointless Unless you had like a 400" television.
Every year when they have the Mcdonaldsopoly i always find myself eating there. THe only time i will eat three meals there, but every year i get sick, so i forced myself to stop, i think i will have to risk the diarrhea for the chance to win the xbox, because winning one will be the only way i would own one with kinect.
If they want to sell more consoles its the right decision. If i go buy a car and they Force me to get a GPS system because it will provide a better driving experience I know I won't use it and it will be a waste of money. I don't want kinect, and refuse to buy a system with kinect. I'm one person, but i know other will agree.
I don't understand from a video gamer pov. I know what the cloud does and what it can do but what about people with no internet. Will games come with like a "better with the cloud" mark on the back of the game case like required hd installed games. Or will they be games that are designed around the cloud and only those with internet connections can play? Because if it's the latter I don't see any studio going for that.
