You do know Anthem has been in development since after ME3, right? It was literally being developed at the same time as Destiny 1. Destiny just had the fortune of releasing earlier.
How is it a Destiny clone since you haven’t played he game?
The difference with Destiny is the micro transactions in it are purely cosmetic and have no real effect on the gameplay.

WoW is only free up to level 20. After that you actually have to buy and subscribe to keep playing.

Unfortunately for you people wanting 343i to work on something new, that most likely will not happen. 343i was created for the SOLE PURPOSE of curating the Halo franchise and nothing else. I honestly wish they would work on something else though and just let the Halo franchise die. I have been less than impressed with their offerings thus far.
You have to think though, unless they are already in development and have been for some time, most of these new games probably won't come out for another 2-3 years.

Exactly. If it hadn't been for their sports titles, EA probably would have been absorbed by Activision long ago.
Here is the thing about loot boxes. You aren't forced to buy them! If they are cosmetic or don't effect gameplay, then there is nothing wrong with them since you don't have to buy them. Now CoD and Battlefront 2 loot boxes are just messed up.
Loot boxes aren't bad if they are just cosmetic items like costumes and weapon skins, IMO. What EA is doing though is just flat out messed up.
So, they will re-introduce them just as they were before, but just try and spin them a different way. EA gonna EA.
