Sounds like they're killing the fun Japanese gametypes and will make it a bunch of generic deathmatches with other boring mechanics so it can appeal to people in the West that play nothing but CoD all day.

Although, you could look at the video as being more of a joke because it's obvious that he's gay just by looking at him (well that & his voice).
Because it's not a beta as a beta would be available on all platforms. This is nothing but a demo (and a bad one at that).
It doesn't matter when this and CoD comes out because I'll still be playing BF3 up until the last DLC releases for it.
So the lamp is basically more than $70 considering DOA5 had a soundtrack (which came on CD), 2 sided steelbook case, & it came with an artbook + DLC for $80.
This just looks like an overpriced "limited edition" (DOA5 limited editions were in fact limited editions which was surprising).

Other people actually have common sense not to buy into it. Playing online with Wii? Free. Playing online with PS3? Free. Playing online with PC? Free. Playing online with 360? $50 a ye--oh wait, $60 a year now.

The only way I see this working is if Xbox owners have to pay to watch that free content otherwise they won't bother with it. They love paying for free stuff...Like online functionality in their games & ads for example.
They should've done this to begin with instead of giving people some lame comic. I don't see the point of releasing it now that we know that the trilogy is crap. I just hope they don't ruin Dragon Age 3.

No because core characters that are related to Playstation are missing and one of the reasons they are missing is so that companies can use the game to advertise their games instead of giving fans the fanservice that they want.
This game isn't a game for fans of Playstation that wanted something like Smash Bros. It's a game for companies to advertise future games at the expense of what the fans really want in the game.
Now that I think about it...Sega has been working on Shenmue 3 for quite a while now.

I wouldn't waste my time modding this game. It's better to wait and see if Elder Scrolls 6 will be as incomplete as this game or if they will actually finish the game. I'd gladly wait 10+ years for an Elder Scrolls game that works instead of settling for this junk.
