It's a bit of a no-brainer that the PC is better for gaming.

I personally loved ODST and I didn't care much for Halo 3 or Reach.

You didn't finish DA II under twenty hours doing everything, I did everything and clocked up 35 hours 40 minutes and 16 seconds in playing time and that included just chilling in the Hanged Man listening to the banter from the patrons(they hint at how BioWare have made DA II much simpler etc).
This is still short but the replayability is somewhat more because of the different quests that become available due to different back stories.
