At the rate Microsoft is going, the Xbox 360 will be dead in a few years, they need to pick up their act and start getting more exclusives.....

Mmm, usually games are downloaded illegally if they think the game isn't any good or to test it before purchasing.
If not that, then they just wish to not purchase the actual game..
