FF7 needs and deserves a retelling not exactly a remake.
Its storyline is easily one of my fav out there in all games that I know of. At the age of 22 I felt like a kid when playing crisis core on psp.
FF7 story should be told properly and with proper graphics and presentation of the world, characters, music etc.
FF7 the original is something ppl cant digest today. It may be great but its too dated in tech. This story needs to be told.

I dont know what will happen but this is my situation.
This was the total count in hrs of entertainment last year:
PS3(friends ps3 in my place for a while): Roughly 3 hrs with Journey thats all. Not kidding I have only tried some like Dragons dogma, ascension of the metatron etc but every other multiplat was on pc for me. So yea sum total 3hrs.

Of course they are the best. Many haters will disagree but look at EA's games list over past 10 yrs. The sheer number of Original IP's , risks, huge changes, engine changes etc etc
Undoubtedly they will be at the top. Last year my most played games were mainly EA games. SWTOR, ME3, BF3 and the map packs, Fight Night(though not from last year) and FIFA also not to forget replaying Mirrors Edge couple of times :D

Yep very much looks like concept art.
To get it looking like this with all that shading and roughness to look as natural as that is beyond next gen.
Beyond two souls does not look nextgen at all.
It is a fine looking game and has a good atmosphere going for it but just look at it wide and look in the details and both ways its stinks current gen.

Everything about the games 1 and 2 were amazing except the combat.
The first one had some sweet moves but not real time enough. The second one was real time control but too simple and not Geralt enough.
Geralt in all those early vids, first game, concept trailers etc has always been this uber duelist/swordsman/mage/alchemi st/spy but the combat never reflected that fully yet.
