I dont mind photorealism.
Movies are photorealsitic right and we enjoy a variety of art styles within that photorealism.
Instead what video games aim for is hyper realism via means of photorealistic lookalikes or other technical methods mixed with differing art styles.
Cool now another 10 years for a westernized port. By then it will become a tablet exclusive.
Guild Wars 2 model is perfect for my life situation.
Im working and playing. Also playing some other games besides mmos. Took me over a year to get 1 character to max lvl lol and apparently ppl do it in 1 month easy lol.
So yea paying sub for a year when I have few months when I barely play 10 hrs is not right. B2P model is perfect for today's times. I have other games to play too.
Played it for quite a bit last night.
Quite fun to be honest. Will have to play a lot more to get a better feel of it. For now all I can say is it plays out quite like Skyrim in many ways with the feel of and look of Morrowind. Starting area will definitely make you feel that right away. Still not entirely convinced on it. Nuff said NDA hovering behind me.
