Its the player count of 24 thats the issue.
5 flags would make it a lot harder with 24 players and also slower.
3 flags make it much tighter fun with 24 players on the same large map.
To summarize, 'they don't want to reduce the map size and give u 5 flags , instead 3 flags with large sized maps with 24 players.' Both ways make them game tight ...

BF3 has the best graphics this year. I've played all the games in the graphics nomination list and BF3 in every aspect except for facial animation is on t he top.
Think texture, shading, lighting, physics, visual composition, level design, grading among many others.
BF3 shines in all areas.
It doesn't need to be among the best games of all time for the public.
For me it is definitely up there.
The question is who decides? what body?

Weapons MW3? Dude you actually need to play BF3 before commenting n ive played both. The weapons in COD games are so floaty it requires a lil alcohol or something for me to start accepting them as war weapons.
BF3 on the other hand provides a certain connection, cannot say it is of a real weapon coz i've never held one but it does feel right.
Extras MW3? Dude Battleog is similar to Elite and its friggin free.

One big chunk that COD doesnt have at all.
Forgot to mention the massive maps and vehicles. Imagine rendering such a huge map. BF3 on a console is a friggin miracle. COD umm not so much.

I totally agree mate. I just finished playing conquest on Sienne Crossing map and noticed it had the building destruction bit in the trailer so similar to the BF3 map.
I guess COD advertises this to a certain group of gamers who dont know much bout engines and other details bout the game.
Maybe COD might actually have some form of scripted destruction. First rocket to the building gets to see it.
