What does liberal ideology have to do with anything? Fox is conservative and says the same thing. In fact, liberals have been standing up for video games, just look at some recent comments from high-ranking democrats such as Nancy Pelosi and VP Joe Biden.

Loading is about the same across all versions, about 10-15 seconds each 5 mins. It's annoying, but you get used to it.
Our guy at PSE (playstation enthusiast) said that the PS4 version crashes just about as much as the other versions. The game does have a stellar autosave feature, though, so you'll never lose more than 2-3 minutes of progress.
If there were less DLC, then yes. But, there is so much DLC that it is hard to justify a higher game price.
