I think Sony held back on purpose, seeing the specs etc, they aren't daft and they know the benefits of being the more powerful console, expect a more powerful PS4 for Neo, if not.. Sony will have dropped the ball.
My gut tells me.. it's for the son, and Kratos will have other leveling means.
