I think this looks horrible to be honest, I suppose collectors would love it though.
I like being treated as an adult, it's a sign of trust from developer to gamer, the media understandably will try to hack it down, but then again it isn't any of their business what video-games I enjoy, just don't let kids play it, pretty simple.

I'm a Metal Gear Solid veteran, I know what I'm paying for, I've dived into every scrap of info I can find, and I'll gladly pay £30 for it, if you aren't big on it, skip it.
I'm not passing it up, but I understand why others would.
Playing as a PS1 skin of Solid Snake is 100x manlier than playing as Raiden, the more I distance myself from Raiden the more chest hair I get.
Jokes aside, I play tactical, I would play as Raiden but if given the choice I'd take Snake's mission.
This looks so good, it hurts man.
Seeing indoors totally got me going, we'll have it soon enough, graphics are great, better than MGS4's.. not sure why people are complaining, it's a cross-gen title, of course it won't look as good as some current-gen games.

I can see the legendary PS2 era popping back, those were the days.. having a PS2 back then was all you'd ever want or need,it we even get a glimpse of that with the PS4, I'll be happy as can be.

Resident Evil4 ISN'T the greatest Survival Horror game, that privilege is REmake. as for an action/adventure game, I'd say it's up there but again not the best.
It combined certain elements of both, which made is very fresh & very new at the time, but it's the best at neither, it's simply a brilliant combination of the two.
Things started to go a bit crap as early as RE: Code Veronica, apart from the Gamecube games, REmake & REZero were uttery brilliant, but I still to this day can't find the interest to finish Code Veronica where I managed to finish RE4 in one sitting back in 2004, going back to pure survival horror with different gameplay is possible, Horror has grown recently into a big deal, so a back-step to classic Resident Evil would be well received.
Not you, the original person that started this comment thread, "Future is PS4, PS4 is future" or something, hurts my very eyes.

I must be careful dude, I don't mind seeing gameplay, but cutscenes, or anything to do with the plot is a absolute No go.
