Literally just finished my second playthrough with Claire, both on Hardcore.. G3 Birkin was easily the toughest of the bunch, especially with Claire and her lack of a flamethrower, however https://www.youtube.com/wat... it can be done, literally killed him with my last bullet. Easily my favourite Resident Evil now. Insanely well made game.
Until Nemesis, of course.
As LightofDarkness said, you can lure him to the opposite side of the police station and have him searching there tirelessly while you do what you must, be careful though.. shoot ONE bullet and he'll sniff out that noise.
Until the end on hardcore mode.. oh boy, I was a very angry dude! totally worth it at the end though.

Yep, noticed that when they didn't bother to play the second scenario as Claire, which is perfectly visible as an option at the start of the game, shambles of a "company" run by cheats, frauds and a bunch of sissies. Greg & Colin were right too leave before the it got this bad. 8.8 to a 9.0 Lmfao
About three hours in.. playing it on hardcore, has absolutley gained it's right to be called survival horror on that difficulty, loving the juicy gore and physical damage effects on Leon! Resident Evils 2 was beautiful back in the day, even when played now, it has full of dread, just bleeds through the art style and along with the soundtrack, allows your imagination to be haunted, beautiful game. Only reason your eyes will bleed is if you're infected chump.
Edit: Writer was probably born into the PS2/PS3 era, damn kids.
