I remember watching Microsoft's E3 a while back, when the original MGS Rising was announced, looked much more grounded in reality, and brutal! if they were to focus on that for a sequel I'd buy it, enjoyed MGR.. just not worth £40 for the 5 hours I finished it in.

Going by the disagree count, you guys seem to think I mean a rebuild like REmake, No. a HD version of a PS1 game as is, would still look terrible.
Not much you can do with a PS1 game, but trophy support will lure me right back in Raccoon City.

Before all these cheap quick scares appeared, we had Silent Hill and Resident Evil, relying on terrifying sub stories via memo's, atmosphere that almost forces you to stay away from any slight noises, and enemy's that are better to be avoided than attacked.
Kids these days, spoiled by todays sugar rush horror scheme, this review is absolute garbage.
The shift from turtle defence to all out chance offence will tear any Dark/Demon soul fan from their comfortable style, it'll be fresh, and by that reverse element of gameplay some would argue, more difficult.
We'll see, I doubt very much people will be disapointed, especially when they're to busy trying to dodge enemy swings and bullets.
