Devs are seeing 3rd party exclusives do sell much better on a sony platform. If its true sso is owned by the dev they could easilly do sso2 multiplatform. I doubt they would make it exclusive. I cant even think off the top of my head a game made exclusively for 1 platform that jumped to the other on the next ip. But if you think about it, if spiderman is widely successful (like it most likely will be) selling 3-6 million and with a meta of 89 orr higher... why would sony even want this game? ...
Please no, id rather a Super Switch thats lighter, 1080p or 1440p screen, x2 chip (better performance, better battery life) and for love of god locked 60 fps on at the very least 720 for 3rd party games.
Exactly, and the devs said they would have made it but MS declined... so they made Spider-Man... which im sure if is successful they will be making Sony Exclusives (again) for the forseeable future.
On the topic of BB2, this makes more sense as opposite of Sunset Overdrive, the game sold really well and was supported by its fans. The only thing i can think of is that its going to be a next gen game. Especially with their new project sdt. I hope they are a big enough studio ...

Ms are looking for a gaas future where ALL platforms will be able to play xbox games. They are basically a 3rd party player with halo gears and forza sprinkled on top for the rest of this gen. Next gen who knows.

This game is really just more of the same like how many damn smash games do you need to not get tired of this franchise. They are milking it at this point just like mario kart. Theres really nowhere to go after this game but to reboot the series completly.

Im actually suprised a last-gen game is not native 4k 60 for both the ps4 pro and xb1x. At the very least it should be 4k 60 on x and 1800 60 on the pro.
I get that and it is a great game, but i dont really want remasters of ps3 games i played almost 10 years ago to be showing up on my ps+ ps4 games. Only 3 games i can think off of the top of my head ive been ok with was... tlou, god of war 3 (collection) dark souls 2... the rest should be 1st/3rd party ps4 games or indies from the ps4. Is that really too much to ask for?
