Doesn't gears 1 bring back memories of an untainted xbox? I freaking loved xbox 360 the 1st 3 years... the only bad thing i had to say about them... was the fact they murdered the orig xbox support almost immidiately after the 360 came out or shortly before it. I wouldnt know as i skipped gears 4... i watched friends play it and that was good enough for me. The mp looked really fun tho. Basically what im trying to say... is for those that skipped the xb1 gen all together, that trailer was not impressive. I liked the halo trailer better and it showed nothing but a tech demo.
The original gears cast was the shit but i understand why its different. I guess i liked halo and gears much better in their first 3 installments than anything...

Dude, they could have done all that and then the price would be closer to 300... this thing needs to be priced at 149-199... and even then its not going to fly off the shelf. What amazes me is when a console can launch and be better than whats on the pc market. The ps3 was like alien technology in 2006 when it launched. Not saying there werent more powerful specs at the time... that would be dumb just not for 500-600$ and the ps5 will do circles around anything on the market for... 500 when it launches.
