I had a similar problem and it wasn't a user problem. I wanted to let my Xbox Live lapse since I had boughten the PS4 when it released. It wouldn't allow me to delete all my forms of payment. I turned off auto-renew on my 360 but still got an email stating they were charging me for a full year soon. I logged online on my computer and it said auto-renew was off. Thankfully my card was expired. They attempted to charge me for a year later that month.
Did anyone read the article or even the summary? Lol. The mission pack was for people who pre-ordered and now they are letting others buy it if they want.
