Not so much, when after several hours gaming the heat off the 290x' pcb is rising upwards and heating up the south bridge quite violently on a motherboard. (Reported on toms hardware)

You can still buy the car with in-game credits once you've done enough races to earn it.
The tokens were around with Forza 4 and Horizon. They simply give the player a choice to buy cars without touching the career. They don't force you into buying credits.

I wish I could say Pc gaming has been cheaper for myself. But that's far from the case. I've spent ££££ on my rig. Simply because I couldn't live with not having the best.
Pc gaming in my opinion is still only for the select few who strive for the best. It's fair enough building a "cheap" rig but for the true enthusiast that's not good enough.

Titan technically is still the most powerful GPU when it comes to compute tasks. Rendering etc.
Although for gaming (unless you're a straight up enthusiast) it's over kill.

120hz is smooth going. But it doesn't mean you'll hit 120fps. I can't explain
the technical term... Sorry.
But I couldnt go back to 60hz on pc. 120hz is stutter free and it allows you to turn off vsync in some cases which can improve performance. (Nvidia user)

I think these numbers may be off.
My Xbox One runs about the same temp as my Xbox 360 slim. It can get hot during Forza 5 but by no means unsafe and problematic.
Most hardware runs hot these days. Cough 290x cough ;)
