I was never against Ms acquiring Bethesda, since they needed it anyway.
But HM are basically PS studios. So Sony acquiring them makes sense. Thats totally different from Ms acquiring Bethesda.

Was hoping for SOCOM
Played about 10-15 matches. Responsive enough even with a 1 bar connection. Playing on Ps4. It looks like mobile game on console. The game is mostly to test the online servers though.

Those remakes are some of the best I've seen on the Ps4 and PS5 and not "just remasters".
And From what i heard they're going to making a new IP once Sony acquires them. (From the leaks ofcourse as i cannot confirm). I guess time will tell
