Bingo. 3DS is more powerful than the Vita yet it is selling well. Power isn't everything. Phone/tablets can be more powerful, but it will always fail when it comes to controls as long as it remains touchscreen only.

You are missing his point. Sony removed those things for the benefit of the consumer. That is the reason why I lol'd at financial gamer using other OS and BC as examples when in fact those very features were removed for the benefit of the consumer and this very article is talking about not blocking used games because it wouldn't be consumer friendly and it never will.
The point is Sony will only go back on their word if it benefits the consumer...

You know the game isn't being advertized right? Unlike Witcher 2.
Also a game doesn't have to sell butt loads in the first week especially one that isn't being advertized in order to not be considered a flop. The only reason why you are making a big deal about this is because it's a PS3 exclusive.
Starhawk isn't meant to appeal to the masses. It probably doesn't even need to sell that much to be profitable.
I don't recall Warhawk being advertized. This game probably doesn't need to sell that much to turn a profit. Probably all Starhawk needs is the Warkhawk fans and a handful of new ones to buy it in order to turn a profit thus the reason why Starhwak isn't being advertize.
Sony does spend money on ads. I've been seeing several Vita commercials recently that show off MLB The Show/cross platform play whenever I watch Sports Center or a NBA Playoff game.

If you are talking PURE visuals, Uncharted AND KILLZONE look better than Vanquish graphically.
If you are talking from a technical standpoint maybe Vanquish has the edge. Doing what Vanquish accomplishes on screen with Killzone or Uncharted graphics would be difficult to do with current consoles.
He didn't say "all." Most first party studios do take advantage of the hardware if given the budget and time to do so. If uncharted or God of War were multiplatform they wouldn't look as good as they do now as the developers wouldn't have the luxury of focusing on maxing out one system.
