I haven't seen anything yet that makes me think twice about buying Mass Effect. This game is turning out to be something special.

I want this game but I have to agree with the majority of the people here that the gameplay doesn't look good. Maybe this is old footage and it looks better now but I'm probably going to wait for a review on this one. The dragons look like they are not part of the game when they are on land beating up the soldiers. I hope things will change because I really want this game.

I just got rid of my HD DVD add-on for my 360 and finally excepted blu ray as my choice of movie viewing. There is no way that I'm going to start over after the decision I made and adopt a new way of viewing movies and I hope that the film industry does the same. Enough with this bullsh!t of what is going to be the best way to look at HD movies.

It's not the download that's the problem but playing the games offline is the problem.

I purchased an Elite but before I bought one my original one died out and I replaced it with a new one instead of sending it in to MS and this problem will occur regardless. MS doesn't send you back your original system and replaces it with a refurbished one instead. If nobody believes me then write down your original serial # before sending your system to fix. You may be a 100% right and that's why I have both systems. The PS3 maybe the future. But at least for the moment, I could enjoy the 360 (like you said) for the next two or three years and I feel that's worth the purchase.

Who cares which version looks better. To me the true power of both systems are the first party games. If games like Heavenly Sword, Lair or Uncharted Drake's Fortune start having problems like this than people could criticize the PS3. But the same could be said for the 360 for games like Mass Effect or Too Human. Those are the games that matter, not multi-platform games that companies really don't care about every little detail.
