Gears 2 is going to crush Resistance in sales. I said that a long time ago when I found that both would release in Nov.
The game is going to be average & get killed in sales by Gears. Killed.

the 1st Gears of War was great on all fronts, Resistance was mediocre at best. The 2 games are being compared to give Resistance credibility, the game sucked, everything was better on Gears.
Also, I don't want to hear Resistance doesn't have the install base Gears 2 has, Resistance 2 wont outsell Gears 1 numbers. You can bet on that, also, media & board people wont be able to say they the PS3 didn't have the install base.

Also, LBP & Resistance 2 will not have the sales #'s of Gears 2 alone. Now, you fanboys can bank on that.

20 & 40gig PS3 owners must feel like S***. My kid has several games on his 360 that would require an install on the PS3 & he has a lot of room on his 20gig Halo Edition 360. We are not the type that will erase a game to add another.

Its wishful thinking for SONY only people to think the PS3 will ever outsell the 360 at holiday time.
Banjo, Fable 2, Gears 2, will definitely outsell every PS3 title released from now to christmas.
COD 4 was overrated as hell, the single player was short with no CO-OP. The weapons (rocket launcher) was scripted the entire game, BS.
COD World at War is CO-OP, enough said.
Reviewers need to get off Infinity Wards bawlzz & say they're overrated like they are.
Halo & the Master Chief is great & That Palin is fine as hell.
But Oboma is the best ticket.
Resistance wont outsell Gears 2 because Resistance was an average ass game! Gears 2 is 100% AAA quality, Resistance isn't close to that.
Also, with like titles the 360 version outsells the PS3 version in Europe. With a much better title in Gears 2, there will be no problem outselling Resistance 2 in Europe.
why call the guy a "big mouth"? What is is one of the most intelligent developers in the history of gaming & he's just a kid damn near.
Gears 2 is going to completely blow the doors off Resistance 1.1, and thats a fact. I'd like to hear this SONY only board talk about that stale Resistance game & how 1.5 its going to be.
Gears 2 will be the highest selling game this holiday season & be second only to GTA 4 for the year.
There is no chance Resistance 2 will outsell Gears 2 in any market except maybe Japan, thats it. There are other games that are going to outsell Resistance 2 in Nov. in the US.
ALSo, Little Big Planet will not sell anywhere near 1million copies in the US, SONY is going to pack-in LBP to create sales. Thats not showing confidence in LBP.
You won't see a top 360 game as a pack-in on day 1 of release.
The problems came on the second play through & after you down-loaded the Mission Pack.
I'm glad its over, Ill try to resume my second play through beating the game using only the Dragon Sword.
If this works Ill beat the game using all the weapons.
That was a pure waste of my time watching that garbage. Hope you guys like this overrated game, is this what you paid all that money for when you purchased a next gen system?
That was just terrible, I cant see how anyone can get excited for that.
Especially, Killzone 2: Killzone 1 sucked, & was a so called Halo Killer.
Resistance is very average: short stages, bad AI, bad physics, terrible atmosphere. RFOM does have some good weapons. The new game wont come close to a Halo game.
Gears 2 will come very close but the language will stop many parents from being a Halo killer. I have 2 copies of Gears 2 on pre-order for the co-op.
The other games he mentioned are not worth anyones time.
LBP is shaping up to be a real Piece Of Sh!*. This game is so overrated, what a POS!
I'd never waste good money on something like this, this is a real yawner.
