My opinion says it is. I can't afford to keep upgrading every couple of years. I want to upgrade my video card but my power supply also need upgrading. I'm running Windows XP ,so I'll need to upgrade to Windows 7 if I want to play Direct 10 and 11 games. I really do love pc gaming but the asking price to keep modern rig is to expensive. R.I.P.
