It has the exact same glitches from MW2. I doubt they made it from scratch or pulled out all the stops. The ps3 and pc version are even less optimize than their MW2 version. The ps3 version looks worse than MW2 on ps3.
The sequel to a game is always better graphically then the first game. Unfortunately that is not the case here.
