Dragon Quest Heroes are on PS because Dynasty Warriors style games are always on PS. It was an obvious choice. Plus its a spinoff not main game.

Which I played VLR on my 3DS. And I tried VLR on Vita demo before buying it and dislike the lack of dual screen.
