The Switch version 186 mb so yeah the developers really did compress it and optimize it well on PS4. I thought it might as least be 1 GB but 211 MB is great.
Well Luigi was shown off in Galaxy either I believe but he was in the game.
Luigi and Rosalina have to be in it. It would be strange if they are not. Yoshi may not be in it though.
Only way Luigi won't be in it if Luigi Mansion 3 is in development.
depends on what you want or what your current lifestyle is,
If you travel a lot or never have time to sit down and play games then Switch.
If you want better graphic and play for trophies hunting then PS4
Another thing to note is getting it physical on PS4 will prompt installs versus no installs on Switch
so your choice. Which ever benefit you? But seeing that Dragon Quest games are very long it probably to choose the version that would enable...

Well the author is still wrong. Steam has the most junk games. 3DS would only has more because it have over 1000 games. But combining the Wii U and Switch wouldn't do much to the number

It's actually getting more than the as far as the first year. After 2018 and beyond depends on the amount of exclusive. Atlus released more games on 3DS than all other system combined in the last 5 years If we can see similar output from both Atlus and Level-5 it would be better than the 3DS
