Yet the PS4 and Xbox One have rehashes of last gen games.
For it to be at E3 it would need to have software that would make it worthwhile for it to be at E3. I don't think Japanese games have much presence there.

It is. To ensure top quality and the fact that it's releasing 3 months before E3 next year is a great idea.
Plus Japanese and Indie Developers are supporting it. Making TGS and other event outside of E3 more useful and relevant for them.

It definitely is. I rather get this game than Dark Souls III. Combat is fun and challenging.
